Why this exists

Small businesses lose work they already earned.

I'm young, I'm in London, and I'm building this on my own. I'm not going to pretend I've got twenty years behind me.

Small businesses can lose promising enquiries because nobody could get to the phone. I'm building a practical way to help them respond and follow up.

How I work

Narrow on purpose.

I do one thing. Enquiries get answered and chased until they're booked or closed. No chatbot, no dashboard, no app bolted on top.

Doing one thing for a handful of businesses means every setup makes the next one better. Doing ten things for everyone means none of them get good.

Straight answers

Things you'd find out eventually anyway.

I'm taking on my first clients

The core workflows are prepared. I'm now preparing live client pilots, and each setup will be tested with your tools before launch. What I don't have yet is case studies, and I'm not going to borrow anyone else's. That's why the first few clients get a reduced setup fee. I need the results more than the margin.

It's just me

You get the person who built it, not whoever picked up the ticket. It also means I'm not available at three in the morning, and I'll tell you the hours I am rather than promise cover I can't staff.

I'll tell you if it's not a fit

If you're not getting many enquiries, or you're already flat out, this won't help you. I'd rather say so on the call than take the work anyway.

Based in London

Everything is set up and run remotely, so where you are matters less than whether the enquiries are there. Do ask about your country when we speak, because messaging rules differ from one to the next.

No obligation

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

A free half hour on how enquiries reach you now and where they're going cold. If it's not a fit I'll say so.
