STAGE 01

Audit

A free 30 minutes on how enquiries reach you now, where they go, and where they're falling through. We work out whether it's a fit, and I'll tell you if it isn't. If your records support an estimate, I'll explain what it assumes.

STAGE 02

Build

Capture, missed-call text-back, acknowledgement and follow-up, set up around how you already run things rather than the other way round. We agree where your team sees enquiries and records outcomes. I confirm the connections before agreeing the work, then test capture, replies, stopping rules and reporting with that setup.

STAGE 03

Launch & Monitor

Before launch, you watch a test enquiry move from capture to acknowledgement, human reply and recorded outcome. We check follow-up stopping rules and the sample report together. Live client pilots are still being prepared; no client results are claimed here.

What it looks like in practice

One enquiry, from arrival to outcome.

An illustrative example of the process we test before launch. The tracking tool and delivery times depend on the setup agreed for your business.

Capture and follow-up
18:42
An enquiry arrives through your connected form. A record is created with its source, owner and next action.
18:42
An automatic acknowledgement is requested on the agreed channel. Delivery and timing are checked separately.
Day 2
If no reply or stopping event has been recorded, an agreed follow-up is due. It is checked against the latest record before sending.
Reply
The customer replies. The enquiry is passed to your named responder and further automatic follow-up stops.
What happens next
Your turn
Your responder reads the enquiry in the agreed tool, speaks to the customer and records the next action.
No outcome?
An enquiry needing human attention is made visible to its owner. It is not counted as closed simply because automatic follow-up has finished.
Booked
You mark it won. Further scheduled follow-up stops once the booking is recorded. A message already in transit may still arrive.
Month end
The report shows the enquiry, acknowledgement, human reply and recorded booking. Completed work is counted separately; a booking alone does not prove revenue or extra profit.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE. TIMINGS DEPEND ON YOUR SETUP AND ARE CONFIRMED IN YOUR PROPOSAL.

What you need to provide

Less than you'd think, but not nothing.

Access to whatever you use to take calls and enquiries, half an hour for the audit, and sign-off on the wording that goes out in your name. Then the important one: somebody at your end who picks up the enquiries that need a human and marks jobs won or lost. I handle everything technical.
